Treatments
Five treatments. One unified approach.
Each treatment is a tool. The plan is what makes them work. We use what your case actually needs, in the right combination, with the right structure.

Our Treatment Menu
Five evidence-based modalities. Each is effective on its own for the right case. Most patients get the most durable results from a combined protocol that uses two or more in sequence.
Laser Therapy
LightForce XLi Class IV deep tissue laser therapy. Reduces inflammation and accelerates tissue healing. Often the entry point to a broader plan, particularly for early or acute conditions where non-invasive treatment is the right starting point. Ten-minute sessions, no downtime.

PRP Therapy
Platelet-rich plasma uses your body's own growth factors to regenerate damaged tissue. The gold standard in regenerative medicine for tendon injuries, joint problems, and chronic soft tissue conditions where tissue regeneration is what the body actually needs.

HA Injections
Pharmaceutical-grade hyaluronic acid that restores natural cushioning in arthritic and worn joints. Ultrasound-guided delivery into the joint capsule. Often delivers six to twelve months of meaningful relief from a single series.

Testosterone Therapy
Medically supervised hormone replacement for clinically diagnosed low testosterone in men. Built around comprehensive lab work and structured ongoing monitoring. Restores levels into a healthy physiological range.

Weight Loss Support
Medically supervised weight loss for patients whose physiology has resisted traditional approaches. Built around metabolic and hormonal evaluation, with FDA-approved interventions when appropriate. Reduces load on joints, restores energy, addresses underlying drivers.

How We Build a Treatment Plan
Every patient gets a plan built around their specific case. Three factors drive what we recommend.
01
What is the actual cause?
Treatment without diagnosis is guessing. We start by understanding what is driving the symptom: tissue damage, inflammation, joint mechanics, hormonal status, metabolic factors. The cause determines the treatment.
02
What is the patient trying to achieve?
The goal of treatment matters. A patient trying to delay surgery has a different plan than a patient trying to come back stronger from a sports injury. The protocol is built around the outcome, not just the diagnosis.
03
What is the right sequence?
Treatments work better in the right order. Reducing inflammation first creates a better environment for tissue regeneration. Restoring joint cushioning before regenerative therapy can improve response. The sequencing of the plan is part of the clinical work.
Treatment Combinations We Frequently Use
The most durable outcomes often come from combined protocols. Some examples of how treatments stack together.
Knee Osteoarthritis: Laser + HA + PRP
Laser to reduce inflammation. HA to restore joint cushioning. PRP to regenerate tissue. Often combined with weight loss support for patients carrying excess body weight. This is one of the most effective protocols we run for patients trying to delay or avoid knee replacement.
Chronic Tendon Injuries: Laser + PRP
Laser reduces the inflammation around the chronic tendon. PRP regenerates the damaged tendon tissue. Common for tennis elbow, Achilles tendinopathy, and partial rotator cuff tears. Where conservative care has plateaued, this combination often produces meaningful change.
Active Adult Joint Pain: Laser + HA + Targeted Movement
For patients with arthritis or chronic joint wear who want to keep training, this combination addresses inflammation, joint mechanics, and the underlying patterns that contribute to wear. Often combined with hormonal optimization for patients in midlife.
Metabolic and Hormonal Restoration: TRT + Weight Loss + Joint Support
For patients whose decline crosses multiple systems, integrated care addresses each factor while keeping the protocols coordinated. Hormonal status affects body composition. Body composition affects joint load. Joint load affects activity. Activity affects hormonal status. The system has to be addressed as a system.

Questions About Our Treatments
Answers from our clinical team.
Your consultation is the answer. We evaluate your case, identify what is actually causing the symptom, and recommend a protocol that addresses the cause. Your specific physiology, history, and goals all influence the recommendation. We do not run default templates.
Yes, and we frequently do. Most of our most successful protocols combine two or three modalities in the right sequence. Each treatment addresses something the others cannot.
Joint Freedom does not bill insurance directly. Most regenerative therapies (PRP, HA) are not insurance-covered. Coverage for testosterone therapy and weight loss medications varies significantly by carrier and plan. We accept HSA and FSA payments for eligible treatments and are transparent about pricing during your consultation.
Highly variable by treatment. Laser therapy results are cumulative and durable. HA typically delivers six to twelve months from a single series. PRP outcomes often last a year or more. Hormone therapy is typically ongoing. Weight loss is built around durable lifestyle change.
Depends on the treatment and the condition. Laser often delivers change within a few sessions. PRP results emerge over weeks to months as tissue regenerates. HA results emerge over the first three months. Hormone therapy and weight loss results develop over three to twelve months and beyond.
Most patients with the conditions we treat are. The best way to know is a free consultation. We assess your case, walk through your options, and tell you honestly whether we can help. If we are not the right fit, we say so.
Your First Visit
Your first visit is a free thirty-minute consultation. We review your history, evaluate your case, and discuss which treatments make sense. If we can help, we build a plan together with clear timelines, expectations, and pricing. If we are not the right fit, we tell you that honestly.
