Arthritis

Cartilage wear that has already happened cannot be fully reversed, but progression can be slowed and pain substantially reduced. The goal for most patients is maintaining function and avoiding surgery for years or decades.

Nerve and Spinal Conditions

Pain that radiates, burns, or follows a specific nerve path. The cause is often spinal, but not always. Diagnosis matters because treatment depends on the actual driver.

Work and Lifestyle Pain

Chronic pain patterns driven by repetitive work, sustained postures, or activity-related strain. Often the most overlooked category and one of the most responsive to a structured plan.

Questions About Our Approach

Answers from our clinical team.

We treat the musculoskeletal conditions most commonly responsible for chronic and recurring pain in active adults: joint pain (knee, shoulder, hip, lower back, foot and ankle), tendon and soft tissue injuries, sciatica and other nerve-related back pain, sports injuries, and arthritis. If your condition is not listed and you are unsure whether we can help, a free consultation is the fastest way to find out.

Treatment without diagnosis is guessing. Your consultation starts with a clinical history, physical evaluation, and review of any imaging or prior workup you have. We identify what is driving the symptom, whether that is tissue damage, inflammation, joint mechanics, nerve involvement, or something else. The cause determines the treatment.

The conditions on this page are the ones we see most often. Many adjacent and related conditions also respond to the same treatments. If you are dealing with chronic joint or soft tissue pain and are not sure whether we can help, a free consultation will give you a clear answer. If we are not the right fit, we will tell you that honestly.

No. Many patients come in without prior workup. We evaluate your case during the consultation and decide whether imaging or additional diagnostics would meaningfully change the treatment plan. We do not order tests you do not need, and we do not skip tests that would change what we recommend.

Often, yes. Many of our patients come to us after conservative care has plateaued or after cortisone has stopped working. Regenerative therapies like PRP and HA work on the underlying tissue rather than masking symptoms, which is frequently why they help patients who have not responded to earlier interventions. We also coordinate with PT and chiropractic providers when continued movement-based care makes sense alongside our treatment.

We typically schedule consultations within one week. Same-week appointments are often available. Your first visit is a free thirty-minute consultation. You leave with answers and a clear plan, or, if we are not the right fit, an honest recommendation for who is.
