Why patients drive in from every corner of Richmond

01

One protocol library, one team

You see the same clinical team for every visit. No referral mazes, no rotating providers. April Ashworth, AGPCNP-BC, oversees every treatment plan.

02

Imaging-guided injections, not approximations

We use ultrasound guidance for every injection. Studies in the British Medical Journal have repeatedly shown ultrasound-guided injection accuracy exceeds landmark-based methods, particularly for shoulder and knee work.

03

Free thirty-minute consultation, no surgical pressure

Every new patient gets a thirty-minute consultation at no cost. No upselling, no surgical referral kickbacks, no commission-driven recommendations. If we are not the right fit, we tell you.
